What you like doesn't mean what you need it, sometime we are giving up a lot of time or money on the things that doesn't really matter for us, for example, buying a new handphone, does you really need for it? If talking about utility, maybe you just use it for playing games or sending message, the basic requirement maybe just get a phone with internet access and can transfer the massage between each other. Maybe a lot of us just want is material life. 

You need to know how to control yourself,  you need to be responsible to balance your income and outcome, chasing the latest technology is not a necessary, it's all base on yours requirement.

Here is some tips for your to determiner what is actually you like and need.

1) Comparison
Compare between two or more similar items. Sometime famous brand doesn't really has the best quality, but the new raise company may be given a rational prices but the same quality with others. New brands doesn't mean they are not provided the quality.

2) Necessity
What you like doesn't means you really need it. This is the reason you need to ask yourself before you buy an item. Before you purchase on anything, ask yourself, do you really need it? Most of the time we are buying thing we not really need it, just for the feeling that "I might use it in the future", but trust me, most of the time, we will throw it at the end.


3) Utility
Prices often use refect he quality of the product, but sometime, even you have a very powerful tools, like a high processing power computer, but if you are not really utilize it, maybe end up you just use it for playing games or watching movie.
