Make Your Conversation Meaningful

We are talking everyday, no matter you are talking to yourself or with other, we are spending incredible time on talking. But have you realized that most of our topic are actually trash talks.

What is trash talks? Basically is all about gossip and talking rumors. Something not really matter to our self and other. How many of you have really think about is that necessary to be say?

Most of the time, trash talks are the easier way to find the topic, and maybe the other way to seek for attention. What I means of seeking attention is not a bad thing, if group of people going out to chill, but the whole trip are doing quietly, it's kind of weird, that kind of person are normally the center of the topic, people like to talk with them, because you will never feel boring.

Conversation is kind of influence; words is powerful, words can hurt people but can also help others.

 How's a conversation can help other?

Just like talking with a experiences leader, he will inspiring you to be someone great, from their stories and words, we can feel that the power behind it.

And those conversation which motivate us basically with these 3 points.
1) Meaning
2) Hope
3) Purpose

Talking with elder, their experiences and knowledge will guild us away from the wrong paths.

Make a conversation with others, sometime a simple conversation will explore who you are, how confident are you, and your background. If you interview two person, one is the active person in club and society, the other one rarely join event and other thing, from a simple interview like introduce yourself, you can easily observe two different reaction, one is full of confident, one may not really. This is because if you are often to due with people, you know exactly what you should answer, and you will do so.

Conversation is easy, but how much is really influence other. We tend to read those great people's words, from there we get motivate by them, and maybe you can be one of them.

Make a conversation that can be inspiring others, maybe they just need a little motivation from you, and they can achieved more than he know.

Education must moving on

A lot of the drop out become the billionaire after they leave school.

But their learning process have never been stop.

No matter you're learning yourself or go to school, it's all a part of the education, just the system is different.

When more and more people think that school are not longer the place provide them knowledge, but just a place for a piece of paper.

Why should I go to school when everything i can get from internet?

Well, at least you will get a paper to prove you're qualified. Or even worse is, people use the name of education to earn money instead of the quality itself.

Shouldn't we start to rethink our education system itself are still longer apply in nowadays?

Distance between Me and We.

Everyone are independence at most of the time, beside than when you need other help to achieved on something, like business, assignment, or doing event. There is something much more easy way to do it together rather than doing it alone.

But actually we are separate the tasks into smaller parts and distribute to every individual. From a big problem, we make it into a small problem by dividing it.

We are like a container, when we learn something, we are adding the water inside it; when we are contribute something, when we are applying what we learnt, we are actually using the water inside the container. So if you keeps using it without adding it, end up you will be running up yours value.

We must be able to balance the time between me and we, its keep our self update and adding the value of us.

For me, I'm always try to learn more and apply it in my daily.

Reading always is the best choice to gain more knowledge, We need to keep our self up to date with your study filed and to be able to understand it.

Apply.
After you have learnt something new,  try to apply it in your daily life. Link all the related thing together, its help you to keep your mind active. If you can apply it well, it's mean you are not understand it well. Reading help us in knowledge, but apply it help us to understand it.

Arrange ME Time.
If you used to be busy with some project in a period, after you finished it, try to arrange sometime for you to rest and listed out all the thing which can be improve next time. You have running out your water, and need to  refuel back. Its help you be prepared for next journey.
